I was born & raised in the Midwest, but found my home in the PNW after years of traveling & soul searching for where I was meant to dig my roots!
You can find me either snuggled up watching a historical drama, or hiking a mountain & identifying all the different kinds of flora along the way. I'm always somewhere between happily being a homebody & "I have to get there before sunrise." Which is a great metaphor for my personality. I'm a introverted-extrovert who keeps my circles small & enjoys the calmness of slow living.
Intentionality is always at the forefront of my life. Whether thats the work I'm putting in for my clients, meditating in the woods, or chasing my next (probably outlandish) creative idea.
I am so in love with my husband & best friend Austin. We have been together for 15 years & eloped in 2020 on the shores of Lake Michigan. We have four cats & plans to homestead our own little farm someday. He's also my videographer, so you may meet him along our journey together!

I'm inspired by spirit of everything. Wide open spaces, large bodies of water, poetry, art, people who wear bright patterned pants, & those who like to live in the moment. I align with individuals who march to the beat of their own drum & believe in leading their lives with passionate intention.

From the core I am a romantic & a storyteller. I love to explore the complexity of human bonds & connection.
I find the truth of our partnerships to be in the small things, like impromptu dancing in the kitchen & the "I saw this & it made me think of you" moments.
I simply love love & helping my couples romanticize the hell out of their love story is what I was made to do.

My focus in on documenting the real moments -the raw emotions, candid smiles & tearful vows.
I use natural, candid prompting though the moments that require direction to keep the mood relaxed & easy. No pressure to perform, no fake laughs or stuffy poses. Just guiding you through the moment, bringing out the best of you as a couple & the dreamiest feelings of this season of life.
My shooting style emphasizes how the subject lives within it's environment. I love a strong & unique composition. My eye is always keen on the little details, as well as my couple's body language & connection. A fine marriage of all of those things is what creates a truly magical image!
Being in front of my lens is easy breezy because we will get to know each other like old friends, before I ever bring out the camera! The photos I create for you are wholeheartedly about you, never cookie cutter.
